“From the moment I was introduced to the office and Dr. Cook, I felt immediately at home as if the whole crew was family. They were kind, they were considerate, and they just put you at ease. What I have told the staff numerous times, I am so impressed at the unity of all of the people how they would help one another. I have never seen an office that everyone works together and clicks like a well-oiled machine. I am amazed at how professional everyone is and how they work as a team. Scheduling is a joy. I used to tell Samantha and Dr. Cook that I always look forward to coming to my next visit.”

“I came here in 2017 and I had really bad experiences with dentists. When I was 28, I had two bad root canals so since then I was absolutely, 100% terrified of going to the dentist. Just the thought, I would get nervous, start breathing heavily and would start shaking. I hated the way my smile was. I hated smiling. I would always put my hand over my mouth, I would turn my head, I would laugh covering my mouth because I was so self-conscious about my smile. It finally got to me after a while and I had heard great things about Dr. Cook and I said I’m going to go in there with my husband and I’m going to be brave and going to try.
“From the moment I walked in the door, I was irritable, I was shaking, I was crying, I was rude to the staff. It was just a terrible hurdle for me to get over to even come into a dental office. That was in 2017. Here we are in 2021 and I’m here by myself! During this whole journey, my husband Patrick held my hand. I would have to be medicated by my doctor for the appointments. He was especially allowed to come in and hold my hand and sit with me because I would have trouble sitting in the chair. The tears would come, the shaking would come, the breathing, the tenseness. Because of all that, my attitude was terrible to the staff. I deeply apologize on record to Dr. Cook and the staff.
Now, coming today, my last appointment, I’m here by myself and this journey, this staff, and Dr. Cook has made me feel comfortable, at home. When I would walk in the door here, I see those friendly faces. I knew I was going to be taken care of and I was taken care of and they made me feel more and more and more comfortable over time and so here I am, by myself, with a beautiful smile. Couldn’t be prouder of it. And so thankful to everyone here because I couldn’t have done it without you and it was a journey together, look I’m getting teary, and I can’t believe I did it and we did it together. So thank you for all of your work and hanging in there with me!”
